  • 1. Streets of Philadelphia - Bruce Springsteen
  • 2. Lovetown - Peter Gabriel
  • 3. It's in Your Eyes - Paulett Washington
  • 4. Ibo Lele (Dreams Come True) - Ram
  • 5. Please Send Me Someone to Love - Sade
  • 6. Have You Ever Seen the Rain? - Spin Doctors
  • 7. I Don't Wanna Talk About It - Indigo Girls
  • 8. La Mamma Morta - Maria Callas
  • 9. Philadelphia - Neil Young
  • 10. Precedent - Howard Shore

STREETS OF NEW YORK

I was bruised and battered and I couldn´t tell what I felt
I was unrecognizable to myself
I saw my reflection in a window I didn´t know my own face
Oh brother are you gonna leave me wastin´away
On the streets of Philadelphia
I walked the avenue till my legs felt like stone
I heard the voices of friends vanished and gone
At night I could hear the blood in my veins
Black and whispering as the rain
On the streets of Philadelphia

Ain´t no angel gonna greet me
It´s just you and I my friend
My clothes don´t fit me no more
I walked a thousand miles
Just to slip the skin
The night has fallen, I´m lyin´awake
I can feel myself fading away
So receive me brother with your faithless kiss
Or will we leave each other alone like this
On the streets of Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA

Sometimes i think that i know
what love's all about
and when i see the light
i know i'll be all right.
I've got my friends in the world,
i had my friends
when we were boys and girls
and the secrets came unfurled.
City of brotherly love
place i call home
don't turn your back on me
i don't want to be alone
love lasts forever.
Someone is talking to me,
calling my name
tell me i'm not to blame
i won't be ashamed of love.
Philadelphia,
city of brotherly love.
brotherly love.
Sometimes i think that i know
what love's all about
and when i see the light
i know i'll be all right.
philadelphia.

¡Tú no estás sola! ¡Yo recojo tus lágrimas!
¡Yo me encuentro en tu camino y te socorro!
¡Sonríe y espera! ¡Yo soy el amor!
¿Alrededor todo es sangre y barro?
¡Yo soy divino!

PLEASE SEND ME SOMEONE TO LOVE

Heaven please send to all mankind,
Understanding and peace of mind.
But, if it's not asking too much
Please send me someone to love.
Show all the world how to get along,
Peace will enter when hate is gone.
But, if it's not asking too much,
Please send me someone to love.
I lay awake night and ponder world troubles.
My answer is always the same.
That unless men put an end to all of this,
Hate will put the world in a flame, (oh) what a shame.
Just because I'm in misery.
I'm not begging for no sympathy.
But if it's not asking too much,
Just send me someone to love.
Heaven please send to all mankind,
Understanding and peace of mind.
But if it's not asking too much,
Please send me someone to love.
HMMMMMmmmmmm

LOVETOWN

People go naked and pick up these trails
someone before me laid down these rails
when it's loaded up too heavy,
this engine fails
in lovetown
i can't settle down
and do those teeth still match the wound
take a good look around
in lovetown
Aaahha, aaahha
looking in lovetown
aaahha, aaahha
this is lovetown
Sometimes you're stormy water
on which i pour my oil
in each other's shadow
the roots reach into the soil
all these knots so tightly tied
we could not uncoil
in lovetown
no place to settle down
and do those teeth still match the wound
take a good look around
in lovetown
Aaahha, aaahha
this is lovetown
aaahha, aaahha
looking in lovetown
Who's lonely lips will find these hidden scars?
who's seen the kisses left in dim lit bars?
who's out in the streets, looking for love like ours?
who's looking in lovetown tonight?
Have you got what you want
said have you got what you need
with what you did and what you saw
did you find you needed more
have you got what you came for
are you really so sure
are you really so sure
Looking in lovetown
in lovetown
living in lovetown
hey yeah yeah.

Y aquí tenéis un vídeo con el tema "Have you ever seen the rain?" de Spin Doctors

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN?
Someone told me long ago there's a calm before the storm,
i know; it's been coming for some time.
when it's over, so they say, it'll rain a sunny day,
i know; shining down like water.
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?
i want to know, have you ever seen the rain
coming down on a sunny day?
Yesterday, and days before, sun is cold and rain is hard,
i know; been that way for all my time.
'til forever, on it goes through the circle, fast and slow,
i know; it can't stop, i wonder.
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?
i want to know, have you ever seen the rain
coming down on a sunny day?
Yeah!
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?
i want to know, have you ever seen the rain
coming down on a sunny day?
